wholesale real estate is a sure , but not so much a quick solution to wealth as one would think. Investors are bringing some order to the foreclosures in neighborhoods. Vacant homes run down and usually the worst home on the block. Bank owned properties are slowly being released into the marketing for sale to the public and investors that repair the damage to that street of well manacured homes.
